The basic equipment includes hand soap in the bathroom, hand dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, bin liners and tabs for the dishwasher.
Toilet paper and kitchen paper rolls are provided in sufficient quantities.
- In the bedroom there is a large double bed with a size of 180*200cm, which can also be converted into twin beds of 90*200cm each (on request)
- The bed(s) are equipped with firm spring mattresses, which were recommended to us by experts for the use of a vacation apartment
- There is a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room.
This sofa is designed so that the mattress can be folded out separately from the sofa, it is a mattress suitable for sleeping with a size of 140*200cm.
E-bikes, trekking bikes or fullys can be rented at the following address:

E-bikes and cargo bike sharing system “Donau Donkeys”
Various rental bikes, including cargo bikes and e-bikes, can be conveniently rented at 3 stations in Cham at any time using an app.
The bikes can be rented flexibly using the “Donkey Republic” app.

We do not offer breakfast or other meals for the apartment.
In the immediate vicinity (approx. 8 min. walking distance) there is a small supermarket “Volg”, where you can buy all groceries, please note the point “Shopping” (link if possible).
You are also welcome to visit a restaurant or café in the area for a meal, you will find our recommendations under “Activities“.
The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Bus no. 348 runs from there and takes you to the Sins or Gisikon-Root train stations within a few minutes.
The apartment can be booked with 1-2 children.
On request, we can provide the following baby equipment free of charge: Baby (travel) bed, chair attachment, potty, baby bathtub, changing mat, diaper pail and socket protection.
There are numerous smaller and larger playgrounds within a short walking distance.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price.
If you would like to do an intermediate cleaning, there is cleaning material in the apartment.
If you would like a professional intermediate cleaning, this is possible for an extra charge.

You will find a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.
We are happy to provide you with a few capsules free of charge as a welcome gift.
You can obtain additional coffee capsules from us for an extra charge or you can buy them in the nearby supermarket (Volg).
We do not have a reception.
However, we are happy to be available for you.
We live in the first floor apartment in the same building.

Any damage must be reported to us immediately.
We will discuss the further procedure for repairing the damage with you personally.
If damage has not been reported, you will be invoiced for the repair of the damage retrospectively.

The nearest “Reuss barbecue site” is located in Sins, directly on the river of the same name.
There you can use the public barbecue at this fire pit and enjoy the beautiful nature directly by the river.

The terrace belongs to the apartment and can therefore be used at any time.
The garden or lawn around the terrace can also be used for sunbathing, sitting, etc. The rest of the garden on the other sides of the house may not be entered.
We provide you with free WLAN during your stay.
You will find the login details in the living room on the dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with a standard range of crockery and cutlery.
There is an induction hob for cooking and suitable pots and pans are available.
You will also find a coffee machine and, on request, we can provide you with a raclette machine or fondue set free of charge.
Should you require further equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house on the left-hand side in the front area (facing the street). Parking lot Please park close to the left edge so that the cars of the other tenants still have space.
If you are arriving with additional cars or a larger vehicle (motorhome, van, etc.), please contact us in good time.

Payment is usually made via the homepage at the time of booking.
If this is not the case, payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash, via PayPal or via Twint.
The refrigerator in the apartment was installed in the hallway due to better space conditions.
The refrigerator has a separate freezer compartment.
We kindly ask you not to change the settings of the fridge/freezer during your stay without prior agreement.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
You are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace (ashtray available).
Please make sure that the smoke does not enter the windows of the other tenants.
Sufficient tea towels are provided.
If you need more, please contact us.
The terrace (including the terrace furniture) is part of the apartment.
You can use it at any time.
Please also note the information on the terrace door regarding the use of the terrace.
A towel and a bath towel are provided for each guest.
We change the hand and bath towels free of charge after 7 days.
A towel change outside of this period can be requested (for an extra charge).
The apartment has a Smart TV with television and internet connection.
The TV is connected via Swisscom and therefore has a wide selection of TV channels.
Netflix can also be used free of charge.
You can log in to other providers such as Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. via this TV, provided you have your own account.
We offer a laundry service for an extra charge.
Drying your laundry in the tumble dryer is also possible for an extra charge or we can provide you with a clothes horse with clothespins free of charge.

The apartment does not have its own appliances.
The waste garbage can is located in the kitchen under the sink.
You will also find the black and transparent bin liners there.
As soon as a black bin liner is full, we ask you to place it in front of the house entrance under the small staircase.
If you wish to dispose of larger quantities of paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, glass, etc., please place them in the hallway to the right of your apartment entrance.
We will dispose of them for you.
Please put compost/organic waste in the black bag.
